At Modular Tiny Homes, we design, build and deliver modular buildings across Australia. Our range includes a large range of designs, which have all been created with our customer’s needs in mind.

In 2014, after 25 years as builders and cabinet makers, our business evolved to include modular homes. We soon discovered a real passion for modular construction, and after strong business growth, decided to focus all of our energy in this space. Our background in building gives us a genuine understanding that buildings for people need to do more than just look fantastic – they need to be amazing to use and to live in too. We’ll help you choose a design, organise the required permits, then construct, deliver and install a home that matches your lifestyle.

Over the last 10 years we’ve built more than 500 homes, we now build in excess of 80 homes each year and have recently opened more manufacturing facilities to accommodate the continued growth and increased demand for high-quality modular buildings in Australia.

• Fast, efficient construction method: Our units are built off-site to around 95% completion in a controlled factory environment. The highly efficient modular construction method allows our experienced team to build, deliver and install your new home in as little as 6 weeks from the start of construction.
